🔄 Return & Refund Policy (Soaps & Candles)
1. 7-Day Review Period
You have 7 days after delivery to inspect your order and request a return. After 7 days, we cannot accept returns or refunds.
2. Soaps – Hygiene Restriction
Due to hygiene reasons, used, tested, or opened soaps cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
· Acceptable: Unused, unopened, original packaging.
· Not acceptable: Any sign of use, missing shrink wrap, or soap that has been unwrapped.
3. Candles – Burn & Use Restriction
Candles that have been lit, burned, or scratched cannot be returned.
· Acceptable: Unburned, wick unaltered, original condition.
· Not acceptable: Burned, melted by customer, or wick trimmed/tested.
4. Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive a soap with mould, a candle with no wick, the wrong scent, or an unusable product:
· Email us within 7 days with photos/videos.
· We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
· We provide a free return shipping label for our error.
5. Heat Damage – Candles (Transit Only)
If the candle arrives completely deformed, melted into a puddle, or the container broken, report within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace or refund.
Minor softening, sweating, or surface imperfections are not considered defects.
6. Soap Sweating / Glycerin Dew
Natural soaps may sweat in heat/humidity. This is a natural process and not a defect. No refund or return for sweating or minor cosmetic changes.
7. How to Request a Return
Email [your email] with:
· Order number
· Photos/videos showing the issue
· Subject: “Return Request – [Order Number]”
8. Return Shipping Costs
· For non-defective, unused returns (soaps in sealed packaging / unburned candles): You pay return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable.
· For defective/wrong items: We pay return shipping.
9. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the return (if applicable), refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to original payment method.
10. Non-Returnable Items
· Used soaps (even once)
· Burned candles
· Gift cards
· Final sale / clearance items
11. Legal Limitation
Our maximum liability is the purchase price of the returned product. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or improper use.
