📦 Shipping Policy (Soaps & Candles)
1. Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email.
2. Delivery Estimates
· Standard: 7-10 business days
· Express: 3-5business days
3. Heat Sensitivity (Candles)
Candles may soften or sweat in extreme heat. We pack carefully but cannot control the weather. Minor melting/softening is not eligible for a refund or replacement. If completely deformed, report within 48 hours with a photo
4. Damaged / Lost in Transit
You must inspect your package immediately. Report any damage or loss within 7 days of delivery to [your email]. Include photos of the box and product. After 7 days, we cannot accept claims.
5. Heat & Humidity Sensitivity – Soaps
Natural or handmade soaps may develop sweat droplets (glycerin dew) or very slight softening when exposed to heat/humidity during transit. This is a natural phenomenon and does not affect usability. Sweating or minor cosmetic changes are not eligible for a refund or replacement. Only if soap arrives melted into a puddle or has visible mould, report within 7 days with a photo.
6. Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we are not liable for lost or delayed packages. Address changes must be emailed within 6 hours of the order.
7. Return to Sender
If a package is unclaimed or refused, you pay a second shipping fee to resend. Refunds for unclaimed packages will include a deduction for the original shipping cost.
8. Legal Limitation
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect damages (e.g., melted candles staining surfaces, allergic reactions to soaps – those are covered by our Disclaimer).
